Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Reposa online store and any purchase you make from it. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues. Payment is charged at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Promotions

Promotional offers, including seasonal sales such as Black Friday discounts, are available for a limited time and may be modified or ended at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Product use

Our inflatable travel pillow is intended for resting during travel and at work. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery, and do not use it as a flotation or safety device. Keep away from sharp objects and open flames. If you have a neck, spine or medical condition, consult a health professional before use.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images and branding, belongs to Reposa or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the store.
